What I apprecieate in this role is to work in agile projects where the end result is in focus. With a great team of designers, iOS and Android developers we together create great apps within Industri 4.0 segment where connectivity and IoT is in focus. I am familiar with the latest within App development such as KMM, Swift UI and Compose.
As a Technical Project Manager my main focus is to lead, steer, prioritize and keep hold of budget and deadlines of a project. Moreover I also are deeply involed in the technical parts of the project.
Backlog setup including epics and stories, sprint planning, demos and retros along moving the project forward and speaking with stake holders are my day to day work.
I want to understand the product and by scoping and planning the backlog thoroughly together with the PO we aim to have high velocity in each sprint to achieve as much as possible in every iteration.
And whenever there is a chans to celebrate I take it! 🙂

As a Service Retention Specialist at BMW Northern Europe my main focus is to lead, develop and improve our service organisation within digital transformation as a project manager. I am responsible for our long term strategic development within the retention scope for our seven markets in Northern Europe.
Through analysis KPIs such as retention data, conversion rate and profit I identifying, supporting and coordinating programs and projects that is customer centric driven.
This role is a cross functional so for me it´s important to find synergies across departments and functions both internal and external.

As a board member my main responsibility is to develop our organisation and make the strategic moves towards our Vision and Mission. That includes taking care of already existing relationships but also to establish new collaborations with other organisations that makes it possible for us to implement our projects. I am also responsible for our website such as design, content and regurlarly updates.
One thing I appreciated being an Account Manager was that I on a daily basis worked with strategic and long term solutions together with my customers to help them develop their business using our products.
In the role as a Account Manager my responsibility was to find new business and develop existing customers. I often visited my customers on site, negotiating and strategic developed my customers car related questions.
In the role I also helped the local Sales Manager with marketing. When the new tax regulation Bonus Malus was introduced during 2018 I had a central role for my customers in their work with develop a new car policy and environmental targets.

My main responsibility as a Service Manager was to lead our after sales department against our targets through developing a long term sustainable organisation. I was responsible for our service process and led 38 employees.
Togheter we worked with cost efficiency, customer satisfaction and sales. The role also included responsibility for budget and results, as well as the develop of working environment, safety and purchasing. This demanded wide contact areas as well as good relationships with our suppliers and our head quarter.
As a leader I have big impact on how my team is performing. To create a high performing team it takes long-term work that includes participation and pushing each individuals in the right direction by coaching them. This role has also given me a insight into how brand building and service can make a difference in the overall business.
Operational responsibility for a group of Service Advisors where my main focus was to coach the group to reach the company targets within customer satisfaction and profitability.

One of the main reasons why I was one of the selected employees was because the management saw a potential and a future leader in me as a site manager for one of our dealers within Din Bil Sverige AB The objective of this education is to broaden my knowledge and awareness as well as inspiration to build a benchmark dealer within the car industry. During this education I have learned more about service, branding and economics.
